Waiting in style

Nick Neynens (NZL1) has to wait for about four extra hours after the race start today at 05:00am, because he finished an hour after the race leader on the Prologue and additionally he made a mistake there, missing a Turnpoint. He got an additional three hours penalty for that. He said earlier that he didn't mind the time penalty, since it gives a nice opportunity to sleep in. He did so this morning, in style. The team hauled up tents and food, and they served their mandatory 10.5 hours rest time in a beautiful spot up on the flanks of the Tennengebirge. At 06:22am he posted: "Humid murky atmosphere with cloud around but basically clear. Anyway, back to bed!"
