Czech athlete Stanislav Mayer has informed the race committee that he will not take part in Red Bull X-Alps 2019 due to personal reasons.

Mayer is a veteran of two races (2015 & 2017), reaching Monaco in 2015 (12th place) and making the top 10 in 2017 (10th place). Furthermore, he secured a 2nd place in the first ever Prologue back in 2015.
