Rodolphe Akl (LBN) has pulled his Night Pass, allowing him to keep moving after the race formally stops for the evening at 10:30pm.

The 37-year-old Lebanese athlete is currently at the back of the field at Turnpoint 2 Wagrain-Kleinarl. While there are still other athletes within reach, he will likely have to push hard to avoid being at risk of elimination. At 6am on Tuesday, the athlete in last place will be relegated from the race.

At this stage, the Red Bull X-Alps is not just a race at the front – there’s stiff competition at the back, too.
