It looks like conditions are really turning on for athletes all over the field. At the back, we see several flying really high, including Laurie Genovese (FRA4) who was one of the first ones to gain a lot of height while flying. She is followed by good friends Tom de Dorlodot (BEL) who is still low and Ferdy van Schelven (NLD) also flying at good altitudes. This way, these chasers can make up a lot of distance very quickly. But the lead pack will get up high soon as well, as we can see Paul Guschlbauer (AUT1)  flying over Maxime Pinot's (FRA1) head and racing towards TP3 Kitzbühel-Hahnenkamm.
