Paul Guschlbauer is also making good progress. He is in sixth place and striding down the valley beneath the massifs east of lake Como. Today he has hiked 51km – an amazing feat considering he broke his foot over the winter. Equipment from race partner Blackroll helped in his remarkable recovery. Check out their video.
