GO SLOW

Variable weather has slowed down the relentless early pace of the Red Bull X-Alps 2019. While there's some flying between Turnpoint 6 Davos and Turnpoint 7 Titlis – and Christian Maurer is getting some airtime at the front – it's hard going. Tomorrow's weather is expected to be variable, too, and will likely stay that way in Switzerland until Saturday. After that, conditions will improve and many athletes should then be able to approach Monaco at speed. Picture: Honza Zak.
