Our long time partner Salewa presents their brand new high performance Red Bull X-Alps collection
It’s the third time, after 2015 and 2017, South Tyrolian mountaineering goods manufacturer Salewa is partnering with the world’s toughest adventure race and it’s the third time they impress us with an innovative Red Bull X-Alps collection.
As of today, April 4th 2019, the all new collection of lightweight high performance clothing and headwear can be purchased in the Salewa Online Store as well as the Red Bull Shop.
Once again the Dolomites based company came up with a product line that was initially designed for the athlete’s needs during Red Bull X-Alps itself. Keeping in mind the extreme requirements of multi-day adventure racing, the collection not only consists of ultra-light and breathable clothing, but also technical gear like the Ultra Train X-Alps 18L Backpack or the insulated X-Alps Fly Gloves.
Whereas the X-Alps Drirelease® Hoodies keep out cold winds, the range of T-shirts feature breathable, quick-drying Dry’ton fabric with a Polygiene finish for odour-inhibiting performance and outstanding UV protection (UPF 50+). Tested and worn by Salewa athletes like Chrigel Maurer, Aaron Durogati or Paul Guschlbauer the new line of products are the perfect fit for speed hiking and other high intensity mountain activities.
