Tom de Dorlodot (BEL) said he hoped to finish this race by flying, and his wish may have been granted. He is in the air at 2,500m above lake Como on the exact line taken by several athletes before him. If he continues in their tracks, he will glide next across Lago di Mezzola and hope to connect with the ridge heading east on the other side.
