Chrigel Maurer (SUI1) is determined to get well ahead today. He is flying along the Rhône valley at around 2500m fighting to fly fast and gaining around 15km already on Maxime Pinot (FRA1). But Maxime is on a totally different route south and will fly far later in the day he said.
