Gavin McClurg (USA1) is hiking up to a launch. ‘I’ll be there in an hour. But Tobi [Grossrubatscher (ITA2)] landed high last night, so if he takes off and flies I’ll have to stay in the air and fly to stay ahead.’ McClurg said he was suffering after the heat of the last two days. ‘I’ve never seen anything like it around Turnpoint 10 St Hilaire.
