Evolution of a route

In the first Red Bull X-Alps in 2003 there was only one Turnpoint between Dachstein mountain and Monaco. Since then the gliders performance improved and their weight dropped. The greatest change however is the ongoing enhancement of the athletes' strength, endurance and technical skills. Find out how organizers have been trying to challenge the athletes anew in every edition of the world's toughest adventure race.
