When and why did you begin paragliding?In 2005 when a friend of mine just let me fly on a little grassy hill. I was immediately addicted and tried to spend every minute in the sky.

What is your mountaineering experience?I was never on a super high mountain but did some tricky local mountains here where you had to climb freely on exposed terrain.
What is your paragliding experience?13 years of intensive paragliding. Including XC, Acro, Speedflying, Tandem.
What is your adventure racing / endurance sport experience?2nd Place Bordairrace Kössen 9th Place X-Alps 2015 X-Alps 2017
What does your typical training week consist of?Alot of running in the mountains and also in the flats. Workouts in the gym, climbing and swimming.
What are your best and worst adventure/flying moments?Best: Flying after 5 hard tasks over the goalline of PWC erzican with the certainty of winning my first World Cup. Worst: Crash into the trees at Red bull X-Alps 2015 just before Monaco.
What are the sporting moments you are most proud of?Performing really well and making only a few mistakes during Red bull X-Alps 2017, at least until almost the end.

What will be your strategy during the race?Be smart, make good decisions, manage my energy well.
What scares you the most about the event?Getting into dangerous flying conditions.
