When and why did you begin paragliding?I began in 2013. I started paragliding for the feeling of freedom and adventure.

What is your mountaineering experience?I'm an ultra runner. I spend all my free time in the mountains, training, skiing, running and mountain biking.
What is your paragliding experience?For two years I have been a test pilot for Sup'air. I practice cross-country, hike and fly competitions. In 2016, I have crossed New Zealand South Island with Antoine Girard (a 1200 km bivouac adventure).

What does your typical training week consist of?Running (10-20 hours a week) and a maximum of time in the air.
What are your best and worst adventure / flying moments?My best moment was the bivouac adventure in New Zealand with Antoine Girard. We crossed the South Island in 21 days.
What are the sporting moments you are most proud of?My second place at Red Bull X-Alps 2017.
Have you competed in Red Bull X-Alps before and if so, when?Yes I have competed in Red Bull X-Alps 2019, 2017 and in 2015 as Antoine Girard's supporter.
What appeals to you about Red Bull X-Alps?As "the world's toughest adventure race", Red Bull X-Alps remains the reference any pilot wants to experience. The engagement of the race implies a personal achievement that makes sense when flying is part of your life. Moreover, the arrival is my home so it increases the excitement during the event.
What will be your strategy during the race?I will try to fly as much as possible and progress by foot otherwise.

What scares you the most about the event?My mental perseverance has always helped me to reach my goals. I know how to focus on the objective and nothing else. A good physical preparation will help me to make it as well.
Have you ever done anything of this magnitude before?My X-Alps experience has given me a good idea of the mental and physical skills required.
