I was flying well i thought but still making same mistakes. I'm pretty sure i know how to stop making these mistrakes. Training is going well. Running every day now and startedweight training. Soon i will be back working, diving for gold. This involves packing all my gear into remote locations so it will be greatr training. Great news today. Gettiung Malaria in Papua New Guinea early last year and then struggling with my health and in turn, motivation. I've finnaly started to get some training and flying in. I'm pretty happy with my level of fitness considering my lack of training. My training so far has been lots of stretching, and only about 1.5 to 2 hrs training every second day.
