Vystup do sedla mandel pas je namahavy, ale krasny.

Slapat, papat, spat.... serazeno dle mnozstvi

Po vcerejsim slapani udolim, kdy ve fenu pod tlustyma lentilkama jsme se

nezdrzovali vyslapem na kopec, bude dnes zmena. Pujde se do kopce a v desti.

Tak to chce se poradne nadlabnout....

Here are some pictures from our recent trip to Val Poschiavo.

The gear for X-Alps, the hardest adventure race in the world, must

be absolutely top notch to meet the atletes needs. And of course the

glider itself is of prime importance! It must be light-weight, as

every extra gram is noticeable during the long marches and climbs up

to the launch sites high in the mountains. And it must combine the

high performance and high level of security for the long flights in

extreme alpine conditions. There are only very few companies that

can make such...

After more than 10 years of not flying cross-country competition I took part in Pre-World Cup in Turkey togeather with my supporter...

As a training for marathon Jan ran a famous Prague half marathon. The spring wether was really hot. Other problem brought a small injury from the previos week. The resulting time of 1:25 is quite slow compared to personal best of 1:21. Anyway Jan is eager to beat his PB of 2:55 in the upcoming full marathon.

Surely the Mont Blanc was not moved to Czech republic neither was the Czech republic extended that much. So the only option was to repete the climb. Honza chose a small hill (457 m.s.l) and used the whole day - from the sunrise till the sunset to climb up and fly down. He managed to make it 33 times that with the 160m heights difference sums up to 5280 meters. So he indeed made the Mont Blanc and even more ...

The spring time is here so the running season started. I already took part in some competitions. At the moment I am preparing myself for the Prague half maraton. I would like to sqeeze my time under 1:22. So don't foget to cross your fingers on April, 2nd.

Later in may there will be the "full" Prague Marathon where I want to beat my personal best of 2:55

Zimní mrazivé pocasí behání moc nepreje, ale naopak umožnuje pohled na krajinu z jiné perspektivy. V rámci sbírání tréningových kilometru na Xalps jsem nazul brusle jen co nekde zamrzla nejaká louže. Orlík, Slapy, Trnávka, Paseky a hamerský rybník (ten je tak veliký že se na fotku nevešel).

Even Dušan Kožíšek - premium Czech sprinter - was there to help us “common skiers”.

Though the winter season is still laying in front of my doors the preparation for XAlps already started. During the day I am still hunting for sponsors and setting up the background. Then, at night I explore the Alps' map with a finger. At the same time this helps as a training for lack of sleep. I only hope that both activities will end in good...
