  • Endurance athlete and hot-shot pilot, Paul Guschlbauer is lining up for his fourth Red Bull X-Alps start. He was 3rd in 2011 and had big hopes for 2013 but ended up in a disappointing 9th place – although he did make the goal of Monaco. In 2015, he repeated his 3rd place finish in spectacular fashion, battling with Antoine Girard and Aaron Durogati all the way to the finish. Since then the Austrian pilot has been logging plenty of flying time. With many adventures under his belt in far-flung destinations from Mexico to Pakistan, from Kenya to Alaska, Paul is definitely an athlete to watch.
